時間響應電致發光分析

Time Resolved Electroluminescence System (TREL)
在可見光通訊產業的應用上，發光二極體特別重視時間響應的分析，本系統採用之光電倍增管rise time約為0.57ns，系統之搭配可以精準的分析1Hz-20MHz電致發光的時間分析
利用該系統可以分析元件的頻率響應、rise time及fall time之變化，進而了解到元件的載子在時域環境下的注入、傳輸、複合等行為。
